Pregnant women do have some dietary restrictions to avoid, for the good of the fetus. Some of them are spicy foods, raw foods, raw meat, and some types of marine fish.

There is a reason why each of these foods should not be consumed by pregnant women. For example, sea fish, there is a protein that is needed by the body.
