Maintaining kidney health is very important, considering the functions that are vital to the health of the body in general. Here are tips that can help to make the kidneys remain healthy, especially when you have the risk of kidney disease =

  • Keeping blood pressure remained at normal/healthy, or in accordance with the target has given by the doctor. It can prevent kidney failure.
  • For people with diabetes, make sure always to maintain and control blood sugar levels.
  • Keeping cholesterol levels in the body remains normal.
  • Reduce consumption of salt. Excess salt you consume will be brought to the kidneys, and also include calcium contained in your food. The presence of calcium in the kidneys can interfere with kidney function and make it not healthy.
