Often Eating Sausages and Burgers, This is the Bad Effect
Sausages and burgers are included in the type of processed meat containing a lot of sodium. In a JAMA journal article, it was written that people who consume processed meat, salt (sodium), and soda would be at risk of a deadly disease.
The case is common in the United States, with more than 700,000 deaths attributable to heart disease, stroke, and diabetes due to unhealthy eating. Processed meat habits have become a culture in America, plus the low consumption of fibrous foods such as vegetables and nuts.
A study revealed that not only lack of fiber, but most Americans also eat less dietary intake of omega 3 fatty acids and fresh fruits.
Renata Micha, the author of the study, said that high sodium is associated with nearly 10 percent of cases of death due to diseases. Not only that, the low intake of grains, nuts and seafood trigger 8 percent of death due to other diseases.
Generally Americans hobby eating sausages, hot dogs, salami, corned beef, jerky, and hamburger (pork). These foods are high in sodium, low in fiber, and contain food preservatives. High saturated fats, plus ingredients for flavor enhancers.
“People should limit their salt intake because it deals with high blood pressure,” explained Woman’s Cardiovascular Health Program director from Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Dr. Laxmi Mehta as reported by the Medical Daily page.
Unhealthy processed meats such as sausages and others, the World Health Organization WHO classified it as a carcinogen or trigger cancer group 1.
